We strongly encourage you to purchase insurance so that in the event you cannot attend the retreat, you can recover your investment. We already have a considerable amount of cash invested in this trip and that will only increase the closer we get to the event. That's why we must implement the following:

While the deposit is not refundable, if you must cancel the following will apply:
- For cancellation between 12 weeks and 4 weeks prior to trip commencement, 50% of the total cost of the package.
- For cancellation after the first payment is due but prior to 12 weeks before our trip, full refund (less the deposit) if we are able to fill your spot. If we cannot fill your spot, we will base the refund on the investment we've already made. In other words, we'll refund what we can.
- For cancellation 30 days prior up to the trip commencement, 100% of the total cost of the package.
- If you make adjustments to the trip, such as deciding to leave a day early, there will not be reimbursement for unused lodging.
- Please note we are a group of friends leading this trip and we are not underwritten by an organization. It is in this generosity of spirit that we ask you to participate, and we cannot control all the outcomes.
- If the world turns upside down again and the trip is cancelled, we'll do our best to prorate the deposit based on reservations that we've paid which aren't refundable.
